We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpet Installer to join our team. As a Carpet Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing carpets in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Install carpets in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Measure and cut carpets to fit specific areas
- Remove old carpeting and prepare the surface for installation
- Repair damaged carpets by patching or replacing sections
- Stretch carpets to ensure a tight and secure fit
- Seam carpets together using appropriate techniques
- Clean up job sites and dispose of waste materials properly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpet Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpet installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in using tools such as carpet knives, stretchers, seam rollers, and power tools
- Knowledge of other flooring installation methods (e.g., hardwood, laminate) is a plus
- Familiarity with the restoration industry is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
