Real Estate Analyst/Office of the CFO

Our Radnor area client is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to provide planning, communication, analytical, and project support to both the CFO and other senior executives .

This role offers extensive executive exposure. Real estate exposure and strong financial acumen required.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Providing CFO and Senior Executive project support, including operational and financial analysis, collecting information, drafting internal and external communications, and process creation
• Developing and managing agendas and presentations
• Collaborating on specific business line projects with staff across multiple business segments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years experience in financial services
• Real estate exposure
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Additional Details:

Employment Type: Direct hire

Compensation: $110k bonus
