• Monday through Thursday Schedule

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages within a family practice setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and disease management.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of California.
