As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: 

• Installation: Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to company guidelines and local codes.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations, and offer solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including work performed and materials used.
• Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Emergency Services: Provide emergency repair services as needed, which may include after-hours and weekend work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or associate degree in HVAC technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license, if required by the state.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
