We are hiring 2-3 Home Cleaning Professionals as Independent Contractors in the suburban areas West of Philadelphia; Northwest Philadelphia; the Main Line; and into the Phoenixville/West Chester area.

Pay Rate: $15-20.00 per hour tips regularly take overall hourly rate over $25/hr

We have a series of online training and quizzes for you to take so you can prepare for your interview and first day. We will share these, along with your contract, so you can prepare for our in-person Interview. This will help determine your starting pay rate!

4. IN-PERSON INTERVIEW: Once we’ve advanced through the In-Person interview we will run your background check and call professional references before sharing your new schedule!

Job Description:

Karma Diva Green Cleaning currently has full and part-time positions open for experienced house cleaners who are motivated, honest, hardworking, detail and design-oriented, personable, and compassionate.

A thorough background check will be conducted before you are hired and no fewer than 3 professional references will be required.

Local Travel is required as we have clients ranging from Philadelphia to Chester County, PA. While we do our best to keep everyone as close to home as possible, reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance are a must-have.

If you are not local to these areas but are a good fit otherwise we may still be interested in working together! We would love to expand into the following regions: Lansdale, New Hope, Lancaster, Reading, West Chester

Payscale is dependent upon experience with the team and hours are M-F 9-5, give or take.

We can be flexible with a school schedule or if you have limited availability, all we ask is for ample notice so that other arrangements can be made.

Constructive communication skills- It is important to our clients that we hire associates that will listen closely to instructions and can give and take constructive criticism with grace as necessary.

This position is open to someone who plans to grow with this company for at least a year. Our work is based on a high level of trust which takes time to earn and is valued highly for the long term.

Contracts begin with a 1 month agreement. Then a one-on-one with the District Leader will determine advancement to higher payment arrangement and a 3 month contract. Another one-on-one with the District Leader will determine a higher payment arrangement and a 6 month contract. After 6 months we will meet every 6 months to check in and determine the next contract that makes sense.

Design your own schedule.

We request 2 weeks notice for regular availability changes and you are asked to confirm your upcoming appointments 1-2 weeks ahead.

** An ideal candidate will have:

- At least 2 years experience

- Passion for sustainable living

- An eye for detail AND the ability to work efficiently

- Physically capable to clean 2-3 houses per day as part of a team or 1-2 houses solo

- Reliable transportation and up to date insurance

Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Bed Changing, Refrigerator Cleaning, Cabinet Cleaning, Dishes, Surface Polishing, Furniture and Floor Treatment, Wall Washing, Laundry, Cleaning Floors on Hands and Knees --- Can you prove you are efficient? Think in terms of "saving steps" without cutting corners.

- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

- Technology Friendly

The ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers is crucial. A basic understanding of Google calendar and spreadsheet will serve us all well as it is our main means of communication.

We also have weekly team meetings over Zoom so this must be installed on your phone to be eligible.
