POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervises a group of employees engaged in selling the organization's products and/or services by displaying merchandise and providing excellent
customer service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementssales plans and special promotions in the achievement of sales goals.

3. Projects and requires excellent customer service.
4. Coordinates the day-to-day operations by "leading and directing" a group of employees (two or more) to assure a smooth workflow.
5. Assigns monitors and reviews the progress and accuracy of assigned work.
6. Familiarizes employees with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
7. Trains and instructs employees on the proper use of equipment.
8. Provides technical guidance on the more complex issues.
9. Work time is spent performing most of the same duties as those supervised.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES:
1. 3 years or more of retail experience
2. Direct and supervise part time workforce
3. In excess of 1 year display experience
4. In excess of 1-year inventory control experience
