Job Summary:
Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at our location in City of Industry, California. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial stability and profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports to management
- Ensure compliance with all financial procedures, laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and goals
- Train and supervise finance department staff, providing support and guidance as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
