Wilson Elser's Milwaukee office is currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator/Office Assistant to join a fast-paced team.

The Position

Qualifications
•Must create a professional and welcoming environment for all guests
•Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
•Familiarity with legal documents, docketing, and litigation procedures is a plus
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team supporting the office and a group of attorneys
•Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily
•Must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize
•Clear and effective communication skills both orally and written
•Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
•Experience in a professional office setting is a plus

Responsibilities
•Answer telephone and direct calls
•Greet office visitors, provide parking validations
•Prepare conference rooms for meetings and assist with catering requests
•Receive and sort FedEx, UPS and other deliveries
•Process outgoing mail using postage meter and outgoing FedEx packages
•Order office and kitchen supplies, stock and organize supplies
•Upkeep of kitchen, conference rooms and other common areas during work day
•Copy, scan and print requests
•Assist with processing vendor invoices and check requests
•Provide general administrative and clerical support as directed
•Other administrative tasks as assigned
