Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Armed Guards to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. This position requires a strong background in law enforcement or military experience.

Duties:
- Provide armed security services to protect clients and their assets
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to identify potential threats
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, packages, and bags for prohibited items
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Assist with crowd control during special events or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or private security
- Possess a valid armed guard license/certificate (state-specific)
- Proficient in conflict management techniques and de-escalation strategies
- Knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Ability to perform CPR and administer basic first aid when required

- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
