As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality care to residents.
*Responsibilities*
* Review and update resident’s medical record to reflect changes in resident’s condition since admission.
* Review and document changes in resident’s condition including change in temperature, change in appetite, change in mood, change in behavior, change in appearance, etc.
* Provide one-on-one care as requested by the patient.
* Assist with other resident functions as necessary.
