Looking for a part-time contractor to help me in my assembly business. I need someone up to two days a week (more work possible in the summer). I can be flexible on which two days. We'll be assembling prefabricated products at my clients' backyards around the St. Louis Area-items like swing sets, sheds, gazebos and pergolas among other things. The pay is per job, but generally works out to about $18-$22 hour. The more we work together, the faster we'll get the items assembled, and the higher the pay is per hour. We will be completing one or two projects a day and I'm looking for someone who thinks it is satisfying to see the results of their work right away.

If you're interested, we'll try a project or two and then we can both discuss if it's a good fit. If we decide to continue working together, I'll need you to complete an IRS W-9 form for tax purposes.

Requirements

A good candidate is generally handy with and owns these tools: impact driver, drill, wrenches, clamps and hammer. You should also be able to lift 50-80 lbs on occasion, have good spacial awareness and problem solving skills, be able to follow written instructions, and have reliable transportation. I'm looking for someone who enjoys providing assistance for others' ideas and projects as well as taking tasks to completion.
