ResponsiResponsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners according to our Treatment Model, incorporating measurable goals.
• Analyze client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science and other relevant assessments.
• Design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to clients' core deficits and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide ongoing case management and supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure effective interventions.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy, provide parent education and support, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required

• BCBA certification.
• 2 years of experience with children with autism early intervention experience strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field preferred
• Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certificationbility
• A passion to help children with ASD and their families live their best lives. Ask candidates “why they would want to work at ABS Kids”

• The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst

Qualification

• Master's degree and BCBA certification (if not licensed in state, that’s ok their credentialing team will help with it all)
• Open to recent grads who already have a scheduled test date to get certified
• Must have some clinical experience.
