-Performing physical exams and conducting patient observations
-Recording patient medical histories and symptoms
-Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing medical plans
-Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests
-Monitoring and operating medical equipment
-Diagnosing health issues
-Administering medicine and other health treatments
-Detecting changes in patient health and modifying treatment plans
-Providing training to Medical Assistants on lab draws, vaccinations, and other injections
-Oversight of the clinic's laboratory standards and CLIA license
-Consulting with healthcare professionals and families
-Consulting and training patients and their families on how to manage and prevent illness.
-I take care of 1099/W2 competitive pay and malpractice insurance for the assignment.
