Licensed Addiction Counselor - Fargo, ND (Sign on Bonus upto $5K)
Employment Status: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift (Days)
Job Summary:
Conduct assessments to determine client treatment needs. Provide individual and group counseling, using a variety of therapeutic techniques, to facilitate and maintain sobriety and wellness, to assist in growth and progress toward completion of treatment plan goals and objectives. Develop materials for and facilitate client group meetings such as 12 step, relapse prevention, trauma, parenting, spirituality, etc., to assist in sobriety and wellness. Assess client progress to evaluate the success of treatment. Maintains records and documents on clients and treatment progress as required by Federal, state, insurance/payment provider, and ShareHouse standards, regulations, and policies. Attend and participate in staff meetings to consult with other professional staff to ensure appropriate treatment, programming, and client progress.
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Requires Bachelor's Degree, Masters' Degree preferred.
• Requires Current Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certification or Licensed Addiction Counselor Certification
• Current Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker certification preferred.
• Maintain a valid Driving License
• Prior relevant 1 year of experience is required.
