Protect Controls is a leading manufacturer of Power Control Buildings in the Gulf Coast Region. We are actively seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Engineering team in Conroe, TX.

The Structural Engineer is responsible for completing all structural calculations, reviewing drawing packages, and providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited program.
2. Successful completion of EIT required, PE preferred.
3. Advanced expertise in the theory and application of structural mechanics, analysis, and design.
4. 2 years of AutoCAD and construction drawing experience.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently. (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where the position is located.
7. Good communication and the ability to collaborate between different departments.
8. Willingness to assess current policies. In addition to helping to develop and implement policies.
9. Assess and measure team performance as well as growth initiatives.
