Our client is at the start of a very exciting growth journey that has been kick-started by the integration with their parent company. The role of the Business Analyst is essential in delivering the business benefits of this integration. The successful applicants will play a key role in eliciting the business requirements and translating these into technical requirements for development by either our internal developers within our external delivery partners and then managing these changes through to launch with our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst as part of the wider IT and Business Change Team the successful applicant will:

• Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the business
• Document business requirements in a User Story format along with the documentation of process flows and KPIs
• Documentation of detailed Business Requirements Documents where applicable
• Work alongside a worldwide team based all through Europe and the USA
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
• Documentation of test scripts that can be used for all test stages
• Understand the impacts of changes to the business and help to manage those through to a live environment
• Working with external developers to document and manage system changes
• You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously so time and work management are key
• Helping to mentor the junior members of our team
• Strong interpersonal skills, you must be comfortable building relationships quickly

Desired Experience

• Minimum 5 years working as a Business Analyst in a similar role
• Experience of Business Change and Business Change Methodologies
• User Stories documentation
• Process management and documentation using Visio
• Lean
• Experience of Jira
• Test script documentation and management
• Extensive stakeholder management skills
