Job Overview:

We are excited to offer the role of Assistant Manager of the photo team at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, perfect for an individual passionate about leadership and creating enchanting guest experiences in a unique tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations with a high level of guest interaction and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in tourism or retail.
• Strong motivational skills and a history of successful team development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding communication abilities
• A passion for creating an engaging and guest-focused work environment
• An enthusiasm to learn and oversee the use of photographic equipment and technology (no prior photography experience required)
