As a Process Engineer at Fratco, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and fine-tuning processes to ensure top-notch production standards. You'll collaborate with various teams to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and uphold stringent quality and regulatory benchmarks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and design efficient production processes, focusing on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations
• Streamline manufacturing by selecting cutting-edge equipment and machinery
• Optimize equipment performance
• Continuously analyze and enhance processes
• Implement process control strategies
• Collaborate with quality assurance team
• Establish quality control procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Foster teamwork across multiple departments
• Travel, as required, to other manufacturing facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in process simulation software, such as IQMS/Delmia
• Familiarity with process control systems and statistical analysis tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Impeccable attention to detail
