We are looking to hire a dynamic Vice President of Clinical Operations to join our phenomenal Executive Team!
The Vice President for Clinical Operations and Logistics is responsible for the overall fiscal and operational performance of the skilled home health division. The VP of Clinical Operations will also ensure quality care and organizational performance are met according to the regulated government agencies and company policies. They will also make sure the division is appropriately and adequately staffed by working with closely with Human Resources.
Provides management and administrative oversight to Agency Administrators and Clinical Managers to assist them in ensuring the quality of the agency delivery of services to patients and clients. Mentors and evaluates performance of Agency Administrators. Ensures that Clinical Managers are provided with the resources and mentoring to develop skills and techniques in evaluating the performance of clinicians. 
Responsibilities:

• Manages daily operation of assigned locations; coordinates delivery of home health services assuring quality of service for clients. 
• Strengthens clinical quality and overall efficiency of delivery of home health services and ensures compliance with company standards, federal, state and local guidelines. 
• Works collaboratively with CFO in monitoring staff productivity and financial management of patients episodes to ensure compliance with budget and financial performance indicators.
• Communicates changes in agency operations and policies/procedures to personnel in a timely manner. 
• Communicates regular reporting activities and participates with CEO, CFO and SVP of Clinical Services in making optimal operation decisions.
• Assist in establishing, promoting and maintaining professional and cooperative business relationships with governing agencies, local businesses, the medical community and educational venues. 
• Participates in personal and professional growth and development of staff. 
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned that will promote continued organizational growth and goals. 

Qualifications:

• Must have BSN level education and current RN License required
• Minimum of of 2 years home health multi-site experience required
• At least three to five years experience in home healthcare management preferred.
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) knowledge a plus
