Position Summary
You will join LONG’s Accounting and Payroll teamto process weekly payroll on a fixed schedule for approximately 300 employees and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll including timesheet collection, transaction entry, processing, and tax payments.
- Maintain and update employee information in Accounting Software
- Cross train and serve as a backup for weekly payroll including timesheet collection via multiple systems and auditing the timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Cross train and serve as a backup for submitting Certified Payroll reports weekly.
- Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding Time Entry, Payroll Checks and Certified Payroll.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions regarding Payroll including monitor general Payroll Inbox.
- Adhoc work and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Payroll
- Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Respect for a high level of confidentiality and a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability within the team environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and appreciation for detail.
- Excellent time management, organization, and task prioritization.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
