Job Overview

Responsible for executing daily warehouse needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet with Warehouse Manager to discuss daily task needs

  • Check Teamwork regularly to review current task load

  • Communicate progress and needs to Warehouse Manager

  • Check with Warehouse Manager in between project needs for general warehouse tasks

  • Understand and adhere to established processes and procedures

  • Setting up new and existing trade show exhibits

  • Dismantling and trade show exhibits

  • Creating and updating exhibit inventories

  • Preparing Pull and Inspection reports

  • Pulling and preparing Proctor rental properties for events

  • Preparing and packing client assets and exhibits for shipment

  • Installing televisions and lighting on exhibitry

  • Assist clients with reviewing stored assets

  • Assembly of furniture

  • Assist with vendor material pick-up runs if needed

  • Check-in received packages and notify the appropriate Project Manager

  • Maintaining a clean working environment

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack

  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs

  • Can work independently and safely but also with a team

  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Basic computer skills. (Excel, Acrobat, Email)

  • May be required to work late or on the weekends if necessary

  • Trade-Show experience preferred

  • Good driving record: comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
