ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Candidates must be able to logically evaluate claims for proper payment and make sure the desired benefit goals are met.
• Candidates must be willing to think outside the box to assist in providing solutions to complex client requests.
• Assist in benefit setups
• Lead client meetings
• Create timelines
• Conduct training for clients
• Travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree / Pharmacy Certification preferred but not required
• Medicare Part D experience a PLUS but not required
• FirstData Bank and MediSpan drug hierarchy is very useful but not required
• Project management knowledge a plus but not required
• Microsoft excel experience required.
• Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• A passion for learning and technology.

Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.
