- Permanent job opening
- Pick from 2 locations
- Reason for need: Growth
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Weekend 1 day a month - either Saturday or Sunday
- Ability to pick up additional weekend shifts
- Patient Census: 32 patients per provider
- Call Requirements: Nursing line handles 98% of the calls. Provider takes call 1 every 10 weeks
- Providers can have a say in which procedures they preform
- EMR: Athena
