Job Summary
Under the direction of a pharmacist, performs pharmacy-related functions in compliance with department policies and procedures, and participates as an active member of the pharmacy team to provide safe, rational and cost-effective pharmaceutical care. Accountable for pharmacy services that require advanced training in pharmacy automation. Assumes responsibility for ensuring the pharmacy's automated systems are functioning in a safe and efficient manner. Serves as a mentor for pharmacy automation.
