Stepdown Unit PATIENT RATIO OF at least 1:3Must have at least 1 year of ICU or IICU stepdown exp and large teaching hospital size exp. *MUST HAVE CRITICAL CARE EXP.Epic experience preferred, Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
