**Description:**

Candidates in this role will be working in a chemline and parts cleaning environment. On a daily basis, they will be receiving the parts from semiconductor companies that arrive in big crates. After the receiving team organizes the parts, they will go to the chemline area for processing and disassembly. Will be working with the chemical baths and using basic hand tools to disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble the parts. Majority of the parts are metal abatement systems from cleanroom subfabs. Will by using tools to clean off chlorine and flourine salts that build up on these pieces when used for wafer manufacturing.

Requires

- Handling chemicals (following all safety guidelines to ensure there is no direct exposure)

- Wearing all necessary PPE (safety shoes, gloves, smock, gown, and face shield when required)

- Exhibit a good mechanical aptitude by using basic hand tools

- Exhibit strong attention to detail by visually inspecting parts before moving on to the next processing area.

Schedule:

4x10s Day shift, 6am start time

Candidates ideally will be open to the possibility of moving to a swing shift if needed in the future (12pm start time)

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

- Some experience in a manufacturing environment, sanitization role from a kitchen/restaurant environment, or similar labor intensive role.

- Mechanical inclination; ability to identify and use basic tools

- Ability to read and write English

- Ability to follow written and oral instructions as directed by supervisors and peers.

- Punctual and exhibits strong attendance.

- Be on your feet for a full 10 hour shift, lift at least 35 pounds

- Ability to work well with others.
