Requirements

• CPR and First Aid Certification (willingness to obtain)
• Completed ECE Units, CDA, OR Degree in Child Development (willingness to obtain)
• Should be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents in English.
• All center staff applicants should meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Implement classroom management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide individualized support and feedback.
- Incorporate hands-on activities and educational games to promote child development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.40 per hour
