Prime Healthcare Management is Hiring a Lead Recruiter Near Ontario, CA

Overview:

Responsibilities:
The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for open orders for Nursing and Allied positions from Premiere Healthcare Staffing client(s). Lead Recruiter will build and maintain candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing that addresses current and future client job orders. The Lead Recruiter will proactively contact and recruit prospective healthcare professional candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them on job opportunities for short-term contracts and assignments. Lead Recruiter will exercise independent judgement to determine and differentiate between qualified and non-qualified candidates and will present qualified healthcare professionals to client hiring managers based on skill level and job requirements requested. Lead Recruiter will negotiate pay packages for identified healthcare professionals. Lead Recruiter will ensure candidate files meets both Premiere Healthcare Staffing and Client Facility credentialing requirements are met prior to starts.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years of professional experience within the healthcare staffing environment.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with client and contractor management.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $65,520.00 to $98,280.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
