Managed Staffing is Hiring a Payroll Specialist I Near Memphis, TN
- Duration: 6 months – possibility of extension
- Location – **need to be in Memphis area** - coming into the office 3 days a week (continue throughout the duration) – they could be back in the office 5 days a week – during the duration of their contract.
- 9-6 CST hours.
inquiries of limited complexity. Summarizes colleague inquires in written
form into a computerized template or ticket. Manage inbound and outbound
calls. Visually examines payroll records to create tickets to resolves basic
data errors and discrepancies when necessary, using Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP).
Key Performance Indicators
- Adherence to compliance (e.g., company, federal, state, local, etc.)
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) alignment
- Document colleague voice interactions in writing within tickets.
- Knowledge of basic payroll and timekeeping information (e.g., utilization of basic mathematical, etc.)
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist with colleague inquiries.
- Respond to basic inquiries from colleague regarding payroll related matters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
