Position for both experienced and inexperienced health insurance sales agents. Paid Training with growth bonus incentives
Experienced Role- Sales Agent- Consist of communicating to customers on phone. Selecting plan, completing application and closing sale.
Entry Level Role- Fronter position. Keeping clients interesting on the phone, utilizing what is learned in training in order to get the answers to questions need to transfer call over to the sales rep.
