About the role:

Our growing marketing and communications team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Design Specialist. At Premise Health, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and visually stunning presentations that effectively convey complex information, engage audiences, and leave a memorable impression. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing and communications, sales, and executive leadership, to transform ideas and data into impactful visual narratives.

The Presentation Design Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously. Our ideal candidate is an intuitive, collaborative, and detail-oriented creative that can help us tell our story visually.

Job Requirements:

·Presentation Design: Create visually captivating and cohesive presentations for various purposes, including client pitches, internal meetings, webinars, and conferences

·Content Integration: Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas and data into clear and concise visual elements, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging

·Graphic Design: Design custom graphics, charts, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of presentations

·Template Development: Develop and maintain presentation templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines

·Animation: Add dynamic animations and transitions to presentations to enhance engagement and understanding

·Storyboarding: Assist in the development of presentation storyboards and scripts, helping to structure content effectively

·Quality Assurance: Review and proof presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards

·Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to team members on best practices for creating effective presentations

·Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continually improve presentation design skills and stay current with industry standards

·Asset Management: Maintains and organizes presentation library and associated assets on internal and shared platforms

Education:

·Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related marketing field

Experience:

·3 years of related work experience

·Proven experience in presentation design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

·Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

·Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., establishing layout systems, picture styles, animation, transitions, custom diagrams/visuals, etc.).

·Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), or presentation design tools like Prezi

·Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

·Ability to translate complex ideas and data into visually appealing and understandable graphics

·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

·Strong communication and collaboration skills

·Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project needs

·Portfolio demonstrating design principles and presentation expertise is a must

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, and New York compensation is $50,000-65,000.
