GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Sales Consultant for New-Home Developments will be a Key-Contact for all potential homeowner clients and work with them to showcase floor plans and potential development lots, lead tours of model homes and explain all the home features. Plus - they will also contact clients through referrals or networking events, and making sure the property is presentable for showings to continue working through their process to find the perfect home for the new owners! The New Home Sales person is responsible for making contact with prospects and buyers alike to arrange appointments, including follow-up calls/emails as required. They are the primary connection between the customer and the company until the customer actually signs the contract & makes a purchase, making it imperative they represent The Company with professionalism, friendliness, and positivity.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Technical aptitude to operate multiple computer programs efficiently with shared data
Attention to detail
Superior organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES SNAPSHOT:
Communicate effectively with Prospects and Buyers in an effort to maintain existing relationships and build new ones
Achieve and exceed company established sales goals
Must completely understand and effectively communicate all product offerings, building process, financing plans, and mortgage process to help guide prospects/buyers
Understand what competition is doing and be able to compare it with The Company
Must stay up to date on all community information (i.e., schools, utilities, tax information, shopping, local employment centers, and recreation areas) and any other information requested by CBH customers
Must understand all sales contracts and addendum, complete them accurately and deliver in a timely manner
Maintain a good line of communication with all potential homebuyers, employees, and vendors

PREREQUISITES SHAPSHOT:
Licensed TN State Realtor (ACTIVE)
Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related degree preferred
An ideal team player mindset, including: people skills, humility, positivity, and drive
Strong inner drive to succeed and make money (along with helping homeowners!)
