A 122-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Essex County, New Jersey, is in need of a full time Registered Nurse (RN) for 3-11 shift.  Candidate must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New Jersey. Experience in long term care and sub-acute setting is required. Sign on Bonus for $1,500.00 will be given to newly hired RN full-time , paid out in 90 days.

Registered Nurse (RN) Functions:

• Performs a thorough and timely assessment of patient's condition including physical, psychological and social aspects.
• Intervenes appropriately to address identified problems and needs. Evaluates effectiveness of care and revises plan if necessary.
• Transcribes, verifies and carries out physician orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents in an accurate timely manner and complete all documentation related to resident's medication administration.
