Although not required, the ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in forklift operation. You must be self-motivated and passionate about your work!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use forklift to move RV's and pallets to their designated area.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Follow safety rules.
- Follow Lewis RV Center protocols.
- Operate forklifts.
- Communicate with service staff.
- Attends all meetings, trainings, and educational classes, as required
- Helps educate/train new staff members
- Performs other duties, as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
- spend time indoors in air-conditioned and un-air-conditioned areas.
- spend time outdoors in the weather & elements
- Job requires all movements including, but not limited to; sitting, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Job requires lifting over 75lbs.
