The Mood Disorders Day Hospital at Sheppard Pratt's Baltimore/Washington Campus offers a comprehensive continuum of care for adults who require a level of care between inpatient and outpatient. Our treatment team provides six and a half hours of therapeutic programming each day.
What to expect.
You will provide compassionate care to adults 18 . No evening or weekend hours are required.
Specific responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, direction, and assessment of the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital program.
• Implementing effective processes for admissions, treatment coordination, and discharge , ensuring seamless transitions and thorough communication with the next level of care.
• Providing supervision and support for the professional growth of program staff .
• Collaborating in developing program budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility .
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

What we need from you.

• Must possess one of the following Maryland licenses at time of hire:
  
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
