Inventure is Hiring a Senior Operations Manager Near Houston, TX
The Senior Operations manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio consisting of utility scale battery storage and photovoltaic solar projects under operation through managing of engineers, O&M contractors and supporting commissioning activities.
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE:
- Engineering Degree or 10 years of industry experience
- 10 years of O&M experience with in depth understanding of solar power generation & equipment
- 5 years sitting within a leadership or supervisory role overseeing solar and O&M workers
- Strong understanding of ERCOT standards, operating policies as well as GO and RE functions
- Familiarity with PVSYST
