We are hiring a Operations Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This role is responsible for acquiring, reporting on, and providing insights and analysis on all types of data and information. If you love numbers, are extremely detail oriented, analytical and want to work at a rapidly growing eCommerce business, then we want to talk to you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquire and prepare data, metrics, and briefing materials in various formats for weekly and monthly reporting
- Train and hand off reports/tasks to our offshore team
- Identify new data and new reports to assist management make better decisions
- Function as the primary pricing and profitability analyst
- Monitor and suggest improvements for all operational processes to lower costs or make for a better customer experience
- Other research and analysis, as needed
- Reports directly to the CEO
- World class attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and get results with little direction from management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate to expert skills using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Salary: $50k-70k/yr (dependent upon experience)
