Pool World, is a family-owned, local company that has been around for over 40 years! Because of our commitment to doing things right for our customers and employees, Pool World has grown to become the largest pool and spa business in the Inland Northwest. We have 4 stores in Spokane & Coeur d’Alene, 2 full construction teams, a large team of service technicians, and a large administrative staff. We love selling products like pools, hot tubs, BBQs, saunas, etc that allow our customers to take a vacation in their own backyard!

We are currently seeking Full-Time Sales Professionals to add to our team at all of our 4 stores in Spokane and Coeur d'alene! Currently we need a team member at our Central Store and another team member to float between our Valley and CDA stores.

The responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting customers with water care analysis.
• Providing customer service to customers in a retail setting.
• Educating customers about products and services offered by Pool World.
• Stocking, cleaning and maintaining a sales floor.
• Sales support to the Store Manager and coworkers.

A qualified candidate must possess the following attributes:

• Ability to work well with others
• Reliable mode of personal transportation to get to & from work as well as to travel between store locations as necessary.

Prior Experience is not required, we will train you!

Store Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-6:00, Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-4 (valley store only). Scheduled hours will be based on your availability and Pool World's needs. Travel between store locations will occur on occasion.

40 scheduled hours per week with unlimited OT and we have ALL the benefits! Including, but not limited to:

Pay starts at $16.78 an hour with benefits, spiffs, bonuses & commission on top. This is a long term position and we are really looking for someone that can grow with us!
