Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and dispose of tires, tire scraps and wheels
• Use equipment (mops, brooms, etc.) and chemicals as appropriate to keep buildings clean
• Empty garbage cans and dispose waste
• Refill dispensers of soap, disposable cups, and other consumables
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate supply of chemicals and consumables

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, best practices regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independent with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds regularly; 100 pounds occasionally
• Frequent standing, twisting, bending, stooping, crouching, and crawling
• Ability and willingness to use personal protective equipment
• Frequent use of fingers and hands to grasp items, frequent reaching above shoulders
