We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs.
We need a male or female who is passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, and a love for connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
1-2 years of professional experience as a Lead Teacher in a Licensed Child Care Facility
Completion of twenty-four (24) units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) /Child Development courses (core
classes)
Qualifications :
5 days a week
30-40 hours of work per week

- Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Teach Toddlers (ages 2-4 years old)
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques (Knowledge of creating age-appropriate Lesson Plans)
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental miles
1-2 years of professional experience as a Lead Teacher in a Licensed Child Care Facility
Completion of twenty-four (24) units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) /Child Development courses (core
classes)
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
5 days a week
30-40 hours of work per week
Education:
- AA (preferred) Early Education/Child Development
- Child CareTeaching Permit
- 24 units or more in Early Education and Child Development
- 1-2 years as a Lead Teacher in a Licensed Child Care Facility
- Driver's License /or Identification Card (Required)
- Pre-employment Tuberculosis and Live Scan screenings required
- Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications. Ability to perform CPR and first aid
