I. Job Summary This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support OneStream application through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team, this role will serve as subject matter expert for the OneStream tool supporting the Finance organization. He/she will be responsible for OneStream application support, data loads, and user training. He/she will need to have a background in finance and technical aptitude. He/she will also need great communication skills, problem solving attitude, and global focus, as the core set of responsibilities are global by nature. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as required Responsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned OneStream modules Continuously develops advanced knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites, user groups and training to effectively utilize system capabilities. Mentors other team members and is recognized as an expert Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application Analyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to downstream systems and integrations. Leads meetings to resolve priority issues Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers Build and maintain adhoc OneStream Quickview report templates Upload OneStream templates into the system Build and maintain OneStream dashboards Work on data reconciliation and analysis between OneStream and other data sources as needed (including Cloud Oracle ERP) Assist in creating, monitoring, and enforcing metadata management guidelines Assist in creating, monitoring, and enforcing user security guidelines Be responsible for metadata and data load management Work on month-end and forecast cycle preparation Provide timely response and resolution of production questions, issues, and defects using ticket monitoring system Maintain other functional admin and user documentation, checklists Collaborate with Finance support team to manage releases and downstream impacts Act as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for the system. Keep up to date on application functionality, training and releases Assist (after initial Tier 0/1 attempt) in resolving User 'How To' questions and help to create relevant job aids/learning/communications Hands on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and enhancements III. Supervisory Responsibilities No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Eight (8) years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Operations / business / financial knowledge: Strong understanding of WM's operations and service capabilities, or an ability to become a quick study, that translates this knowledge into practical and impactful features that add value to our customers without contributing to inefficiency for the business. Finance Technology support experience: Track record of administrative, upgrading and enhancing financial solutions. The successful candidate will have experience across several technologies including - ERP Oracle cloud, Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource. Impact-orientation: Strong focus on thoughtful maximization of value creation and capture, with a nose of 'following the money' but recognizing that to capture value we must deliver value to our customers. Successful candidate will have a track record of meaningful and measurable customer and financial success.
