Job Overview :

We areseeking a highly motivated and skilled Tube Laser Operator to joinour team! In addition to performing laser operationthis individual will ensure jobs are setup to meet MPCD / customerrequirements.

KeyResponsibilities :

To perform this jobsuccessfully an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge skill and / or ability required.

• Understands and follows allapplicable safety policies and procedures.
• WithManufacturing Supervisor schedule daily / weeklyworkload.
• Download part program into machinecontroller.
• Ability to perform adjustments ofthe tube laser to remedy slag burn through burrs and undesirableconditions.
• Utilizes hand instruments(micrometers calipers height gage) to perform first piece / blue taginspections.
• Obtains inspection approval foreach job.
• Works with Engineering to resolveproblems and production issues.
• Train newAssociates on equipment operation department processes andprocedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolvebasic errors with the operation of the tubelaser.
• May be required to work / assistMaintenance with issues outside of basicerrors / issues.
• Ability to successfully loadmaterial and record production inPlex.
