**Position Overview:**

We're looking for a dedicated B2B Partnerships Specialist to join our team and help us fulfill our mission. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building strategic partnerships with businesses, offering them our innovative supplemental insurance solutions to support their employees' health and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2B partners within various industries.

- Collaborate with partners to understand their specific needs and challenges.

- Present our industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings, showcasing their value and benefits.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong passion for making a positive impact and helping others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Ability to understand and articulate our supplemental health insurance solutions to diverse audiences.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a desire for continuous growth.

-Willing and eager to be out in the community, not behind a desk. If you are looking for a remote position that you can do from within your home, this is NOT the position for you. 95% of our partnerships with clients happen face-to-face, in person (not via computer or phone).

- Previous experience in B2B partnerships or sales is preferred but not required.

**We offer:**

• $70,000 - $120,000 first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years (100% commission/performance-based income)
• A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
