Planned Systems International is Hiring a Financial Manager (DoD) Near Ft. Belvoir, VA
The Financial Manager candidate shall support the Sensor Assessment and Integration Branch (SAIB) at Army C5ISR DEVCOM with financial management of government funding. Will include tracking on current funding, cost projections, budgeting, and expenditures from multiple funding streams.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:The Financial Manager will support SAIB by maintaining up to date cost analysis, projections, and status of current funding. Will be required to support the program manager with professional representations of financial data to support executive level decision briefs and in-progress reviews.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in an finance, accounting, or mathematics.
- 5 years’ experience with financial management for an DoD acquisition program office.
- Must be able to manage multiple funding streams using service and joint money as well as cross organizational funding.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel in the use for financial management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Current or previous DAU Level II certified (Business CE or FM; Program Management.
