Boss Gal Beauty Bar is a sleek and contemporary take on the traditional medi-clinical environment. Our mission is to provide results driven treatments that help make everyone look their best but, more importantly, make everyone feel beautiful and confident.

This role is a full-time position that would partner with our Medical Director to perform and ensure compliance with all medical aesthetic services.

Aesthetic medicine experience is not required but some form of Botox and/or Dermal Fillers certification is preferred. Based on your level of experience a training contract may be required for employment.

Candidates with acute care experience are preferred.

Essential functions include, but not limited to, the following:

• Administers treatments in accordance with spa policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with spa owner and team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Valid license in the state of Ohio
• Must be in good standing and can produce valued loss runs
• Relevant industry experience required
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications
• Warm and welcoming bedside manner
• Ability to complete detailed online charting
• Exceptional teamwork skills
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
