We are looking for our next Sr. Equipment Engineer who will assist in defining and establishing the equipment Operating System, for all New Store Opening's to ensure the right capability and capacity to delight each and every customer with a Brand Standard, Hot at the Door / Carry-Out pizza experience.

ABOUT THE JOB:

- Work closely with supply chain and culinary teams to validate equipment to ensure availability of critical equipment is maintained for all regions around the globe

- Partner with equipment manufacturers/vendors to develop equipment that meets organizational needs

- Conduct end-to-end value stream assessment

- Document the decision tress and specifications

- Understand the impact of each piece of equipment Post oven, their trade off & inter dependencies

- Define the Brand Standard Equipment and Delivery Technology requirement and specifications

- Create 'DOE' to qualify equipment within the value stream

- Update existing decision tools (capacity calculator & Core equipment) with outcomes from lab tests

- Leverage global resources to understand current state of estate

- Fully document processes and specifications

- Share know-how across the business specifically to drive data and technology-oriented decisions

- Manager, Engineering

- Manager, Food Innovation & Technology

- Analyst of Food Scientist

- Supply Chain

EDUCATION:

- BS degree in Engineering required (Industrial / systems engineering degree preferred)

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

- 3 years progressive job experience with significant emphasis on Brand standards

- Strong influencing and communication skills of internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to identify and integrate related information, leverage date to derive insights, manage ambiguity and comprehend underlying issues while generating workable solutions. Has the ability to simplify things.

- Experience in value stream mapping and cause/effect analysis

- Project management skills

- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
