**Banquet Server (Oglesby, IL; Ottawa; ...)**
We are now hiring outgoing, customer service oriented servers for our Banquet operations.
Our Banquet Department offers guests a variety of service options ranging from buffet to full service and from casual to black tie. Banquet servers will have the ability to work in various large and small-scale events. Events range from Musical Tribute to the Stars shows to Corporate events. Banquets is a perfect fit for someone who is interest in being part of a team and is customer service driven. Flexible schedules are available. Qualified applicants must have prior food service experience and be available for early morning breakfast events.
Qualifications:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Highly organized individuals with time management skills
* Food and beverage service experience
Requirements:
* Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Professional appearance
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a periodic basis
* Food Handler Certification or Food Sanitation License for the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain)
* BASSET certification issued by the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain)
