Job Description
Our FedEx Ground company, Ashley Logistics, Inc, is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber. Lyft or any other similar companies is a plus.
*1 year of driving experience is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED* CDL License NOT Required!
Starting Pay: $160/day $1 a stop after 120 stops, $210 on the weekends $1 a stop after 150 stops.
Schedule: FULL time drivers: Schedule of Sun - Thurs, Tues - Sat, Approx 8:00 a.m.- 5 p.m. (or until delivery completion)
Delivery Driver Rewards / Benefits:
- Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposits on Fridays
- Daily Performance Bonuses
- IRA with a 3% match
- Paid Training - $160.00/day
Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Good Motor Vehicle Record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug test (paid for by FedEx)!
- Have/Willing to obtain F endorsement (short test at DMV)
- Physically able to manage packages of 100 lbs or more (with a dolly)
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Arrive at FedEx terminal in Mt Juliet to pick up vehicle and packages
- Packages are loaded for you overnight
- Deliver packages to destinations accurately
- Scan and Log Packages
