Pinnacle Construction is Hiring a Construction Estimator Near Charlottesville, VA

Job Summary
Pinnacle Construction and Development Corp is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in our Charlottesville office. The Construction Estimator plans, coordinates, implements, and maintains company project management, estimating and scheduling software while providing technical and administrative direction to ensure corporate objectives are met. Manages and updates project databases.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Reads and understands plans and specifications
  • Enters information on estimating software and prepares reports as needed.
  • Communicates with project team and subcontractors.
  • Assists in pre-construction activities including take-offs, bid solicitation, and bid review.
Working conditions: main office in Charlottesville
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, architecture or other construction-related field.
  • Three years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Position requires exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills.
