- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, familiarity with DTT programs, and other ABA-related methods
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management skills and experience managing caseloads and special projects
- Provide supervision and support to clients, developing individualized programs based on ABA methodologies
- Conduct assessments and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and administrative records
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective program delivery
- Ensure billable hours and oversee communication with funding sources
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
